thursday, after interclass - ada, em, huiyu and i rolled around in the studio, our recess hangout!! danced a bit, then attacked each other like angry birds hahaha
a playlist of soft sleepy sad songs was playing over the studio's orange glow on shuffle. when we were lying around we talked a bit... about academics. then there was a silent moment and coldplay sings, nobody said it was easy

had first reh this morning! it was really fun and comfortable, yixin is a wonderful choreographer to be working with! in dance choreography you don't really need a complex concept to begin with. you don't have to dance about political debates or epiphanies of the mind, but it can be as simple as... happiness. or sadness. simple, but so profound :) learned from swf today that art doesnt have to be saying something, but more of asking a question

there was a girl who spent too much time alone and lets her mind swim around arguments with herself. one fine debate she couldn't come to a conclusion except for the legit "life is unfair and never simple".
she doesn't realise until later that she's looking for answers in the wrong world and in the wrong life. she won't find her answers here. maybe that's because she's not created for this world in the first place
