God gives us all these trials because He disciplines us to be holy, and not to be like the world, strengthening our feeble arms and weak knees. Having God on our side doesn't mean having no problems, no troubles at all, but having Him ensures you a sure cornerstone, a singular, dependable leader, comfort, and love that is omnipotent and sure. dreamed that i was lost in a completely alien place, with a multitude of uncertainties before me - yet I was in the driver's seat of the car. I had completely no idea of where I was and was being a complete worrywart about whether I would get home before it was dark, whether I would even see my family again, where I was going to sleep if I couldn't get home - yet the car was travelling on by itself, in it's slow steady uniformity, the speed meter wavering slightly above 60. obviously terrified and fearing for my life in a car that was travelling by itself, my cursory hand reached out to the wheel, attempting to steer the car under my control, but each time i did so, His voice, telling me to make a choice to trust

and sure enough the surroundings soon blurred into familiarity :) 

we are in a world of second chances, where there is a perpetual air of new morning freshness among the seas of steel, and a blazing sun in orbit in assurance that the sky is always always lighted

things are starting to make sense of itself now, i just have to keep looking up. it's not always easy to be able to discern what God has to say, but right now what i know is that in the mathematics of grace, i'm enough 

Me (never enough) + God (infinitely enough) = Me (enough).
